Antenatally detected, the baby delivered in controlled condition. As expected baby developed Congestive heart failure, liver failure and renal failure at 48 Hrs.
Timely Endovascular embolization of the brain high flow vascular malformation using Super Glue by trans umbilical artery catheterization. Rapid cardiac pacing was used as an adjunct to assist precise embolization.
Total of only 18 ml contrast used. Immediately baby was extubated and multiorgan failure including cardiac failure reversed. Baby discharged home in a week.
